To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return items?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions, select the items you want to return, and choose refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions once the return request is approved. If you do not receive the email in a few minutes please check your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@clicksit.com.
  • Items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of the return request approval date. Returns received more than 14 days after approval will NOT be processed.
  • Only items that have been approved for return will be refunded or exchanged. Please do not included additional items in your return.
  • Returned items must be in original condition. Items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were received will not be processed.

What items are returnable?

 

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, please see below for exceptions.

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached where applicable.

What items are NOT returnable?

 

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

  • Deeply discounted items (prices ending in .99).
  • Items purchased in 3 for 2 Sale.
  • Personalized items.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Some seasonal items, which will be marked as Final Sale.

What if I receive an item that is damaged or faulty?

 

Follow the same process as for normal returns but please include a short note specifying the issue and if possible attach a photo. Our team will review your request and, if applicable, send a replacement and/or return label.

 

How do I return a gift and will the sender be notified?

  • Gifts may be returned for store credit refund which will be issued to the gift recipient in the form of a gift card sent via email. The purchaser of the gift is not notified.
  • Please fill out the above form and be sure to put YOUR email address in the notes. This is where the store credit email will be sent.

Can I exchange items?

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same item.
  • To exchange an item please fill out the above form and choose exchange. Available options will be presented. Requested item(s) will be held for you for 10 days and processed when your return is received. There is no guarantee the requested item will be available if your return reaches more than 10 days after the exchange has been approved.

Are there any fees/charges for returns?

  • There are no processing fees/charges for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping of returns/exchanges.

 

 

When will I receive my refund?

  • Returns are usually processed within three business days of receipt in our warehouse.
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email notification.
  • Refund will be issued to original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card account.
