To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return items?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions once the return request is approved. If you do not receive the email in a few minutes please check your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@clicksit.com.
  • Items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of the return request approval date.  Items received more than 14 days after approval will NOT be refunded.
  • Only items that have been approved for return will be refunded.  Please do not included additional items in your return.
  • Returned items must be in original condition.  Items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were received will incur a 50% restocking fee.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, please see below for exceptions.

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with tags where applicable.

 

What items are NOT returnable?

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

  • Deeply discounted items (prices ending in .99).
  • Items purchased in 3 for 2 Sale.
  • Personalized items.
  • Hair accessories.

 

What if I receive an item that is damaged or faulty?

Follow the same process as for normal returns but please include a short note specifying the issue and if possible attach a photo.  Our team will review your request and, if applicable, send a replacement and/or return label. 

How do I return a gift and will the sender be notified?

  • Gifts may be returned for store credit refund which will be issued to the gift recipient in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • Please fill out the above form and be sure to put YOUR email address in the notes.  This is where the store credit email will be sent.

 

Can I exchange items? 

  • We do not process exchanges at this time.  Please place a new order for the items you'd like and return the original items for a refund using the above form.

 

Are there any fees/charges for returns?

  • There are no processing fees/charges for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

When will I receive my refund?

  • Returns are usually processed within three business days of receipt in our warehouse.
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email notification. 
  • Refund will be issued to original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
