We offer several options for shipping your order as outlined below.  

Within the US, its territories, and to APO/AFO the rates are as follows :

Standard Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 for orders up to $100.

Free Standard Ground Shipping for orders over $100, (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

Rush Shipping (delivery in 2-3 business days) is a flat rate of $20. (Available only in lower 48 states.  Not available to APO/AFO addresses.)

Express Shipping (delivery in 1-2 business days) is a flat rate of $35. (Available only in lower 48 states.  Not available to APO/AFO addresses.)

Shipping includes tracking information and proof of delivery which will be sent to you in a shipping confirmation email.  

Rush and Express packages are sent via Fed Ex and require a signature.  If you wish to waive a signature confirmation you must contact Fed Ex to make arrangements, however please note that we are not responsible for Fed Ex packages left without a signature.

Some standard ground deliveries may require signature.

*Circumstances beyond the control of Liam and Lilly such as weather and service interruptions can occasionally cause delays and affect transit times.  Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.

We also offer shipping outside the US to selected countries at the following rates:

Canada

• Orders up to $149.99 - $25 via Fed Ex with tracking (usually arrives in 5-7 business days)
• Orders $150 and over - $15 via Fed Ex with tracking (usually arrives in 5-7 business days)

International*

• Orders up to $149.99 - $28 via Fed Ex with tracking (usually arrives in 5-7 business days)
• Orders $150 and over - $18 via Fed Ex with tracking (usually arrives in 5-7 business days)

Canadian and International Customers:  Please note that above transit times are estimates only.  We are not responsible for delays due to weather, service disruptions, or customs delays. Customer is responsible for any duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by their local government.

 All orders ship from our warehouse in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.

We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.  We accept returns of full price and sale items that are unused and in original condition. 

Items eligible for return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days after purchase.

Please read the full policy below before returning your items.  Adherence to these policies will ensure that your return is processed as efficiently as possible. 

What You Can Return

• Returns of full-priced items that are not personalized will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), (shipping charges are non-refundable).  The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 
• Returns of sale items that are not personalized and were purchased for a price ending in .50 will be issued a store credit for the sale price of the item(s) at time of purchase, (shipping charges are non-refundable), which will be issued in the form of a gift card.
• Damaged or defective items.  If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 5 days of receipt so that we may assist you in getting a replacement. 

Items with a price ending in .99, (clearance items, items in the 50% or more off section, some Deals of the Week), are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please do not send these items back to our warehouse as you will have to pay return shipping to have them sent back to you.

Personalized Items

All personalized items, such as Personally Yours and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchange unless we are at fault. Please be sure that you are certain of spelling, dates, etc before placing your order as orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once they have been placed.

How to Return Your Purchase

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Liam and Lilly is not responsible for return items until they reach our warehouse.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt in our office.  An email notification will be sent to the email address on file with your order when your return is processed.

Please allow additional time for refunds, (when applicable), to appear in your account. 

Store credit in the form of a gift card, (when applicable), will be sent via a separate email.   

Gift Returns

Gifts may be returned for store credit which will be issued to the recipient in the form of a gift card sent via email.  The purchaser is typically not notified of the return.  

If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift please fill out the Return Form included with your order and be sure to let us know the email address where you would like the store credit sent.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for returned items.  To ensure availability of item(s), please place a new order online and return the original item per the above policies.
