NOTE: Our warehouse is still open and we are currently shipping domestically on our regular Monday-Friday schedule.* Packages seem to be arriving in the time frames listed below, however, in these unprecedented times there may be delays that are beyond our control. We know our carriers are doing their best to bring your packages to you on time, but please be patient with them and us if things take a little longer than usual. Please note that we have no further information about specific packages than that provided in the USPS tracking information.
We offer several options for shipping your domestic order as outlined below. Â

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping starts at a flat rate of $4.95 for orders up to $75.
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $75, (excluding taxes and shipping fees). Â
- There is no guaranteed delivery date/time frame with Standard Shipping. The USPS is currently overburdened and you may experience delays in delivery times for Standard Shipping. Â Please be patient and plan accordingly!
- For orders up to $150 the customer has the option of signature required or no signature required. By selecting the no signature required option the customer assumes liability for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered shipments. Signature required is strongly advised for shipments to businesses or apartment buildings.
- Orders over $150 will ship with signature required.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Rush Shipping (delivery in 2-3 business days) is a flat rate of $10 for orders up to $150. Orders over $150 will ship for free. (Available only in lower 48 states.  Not available to APO/AFO addresses.)
Express Shipping (delivery in 1-2 business days) is a flat rate of $35. (Available only in lower 48 states.  Not available to APO/AFO addresses.)
Shipping includes tracking information and proof of delivery which will be sent to you in a shipping confirmation email. Â
*Rush and Express packages are sent via Fed Ex.

Please note that orders containing personalized items will ship when all items are available so please add 2-3 weeks to the times listed below for orders with personalized items. Rush or Express shipping only affects the transit time once the order has shipped, not the processing time for personalized orders.

All domestic orders ship from our warehouse in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Â We accept returns of full price and sale items that are unwashed, unused, and in original condition.Â
Items eligible for return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days after purchase.
Please read the full policy below before returning your items. Â Adherence to these policies will ensure that your return is processed as efficiently as possible.Â
What You Can Return
- Returns of full-priced items that are not personalized will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), (shipping charges are non-refundable). Â The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.Â
- Returns of sale items that are not personalized and were purchased for a price ending in .50 will be issued a store credit for the sale price of the item(s) at time of purchase, (shipping charges are non-refundable), which will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
- Damaged or defective items.  If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 5 days of receipt so that we may assist you in getting a replacement.Â
Items with a price ending in .99, (clearance items, items in the 50% or more off section, deeply discounted items, etc.), are final sale and are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please do not send these items back to our warehouse as you will have to pay return shipping to have them sent back to you.
3 for 2 Sale Items
Items purchased as part of a 3 for 2 deal are final sale and cannot be returned.
Personalized Items
All personalized items, such as Personally Yours and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we are at fault. Please be sure that you are certain of spelling, dates, etc before placing your order as orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once they have been placed.
How to Return Your Purchase
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Â Liam and Lilly is not responsible for return items until they reach our warehouse.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt in our office. Â An email notification will be sent to the email address on file with your order when your return is processed.
Please allow additional time for refunds, (when applicable), to appear in your account.Â
Store credit in the form of a gift card, (when applicable), will be sent via a separate email. Â Â
Gift Returns
Gifts may be returned for store credit which will be issued to the recipient in the form of a gift card sent via email. Â The purchaser is typically not notified of the return. Â
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift please fill out the Return Form included with your order and be sure to let us know the email address where you would like the store credit sent.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges for returned items.  To ensure availability of item(s), please place a new order online and return the original item per the above policies.
