Carousel Smocked Dress

Childhood memories are made of gliding wooden horses and cotton candy and this sweet smocked dress evokes those feelings in the young and old(er). Fine ribbed navy pique cotton is complemented by traditional hand smocked and delicate embroidered features of a horse carousel set off with a white pique peter pan collar. Lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The dress also has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back and at the wrists of the puffed sleeves, and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+). Sizes up to and including 24 months come with matching diaper covers. Matching romper also available. Machine wash.
